RustDesk is an open source remote maintenance software similar to TeamViewer. On this page you will learn how to install and configure RustDesk. Remote maintenance sessions are routed through our own servers and are encrypted.
Installation
Download RustDesk (https://rustdesk.com/) for your operating system and follow the installation instructions.
Configuration
First you must configure the connection, for RustDesk to be able to connect to our servers. Klick on Settings [ ⋮ ] next to your ID and then open Network > ID/Relay Server.
Fill in the following values for ID Server, Relay Server and Key. Leave the API Server field empty.
